Finally, according to two related sources, Dorsey gave an overview of Bitcoin and cryptoassets to Democrats of the House of Representatives Financial Services Committee during a special Q&A session on March 31.

In his speech, Dorsey cited changes in the energy mix powering proof-of-work networks like Bitcoin, the transparency of blockchain-based transactions for researchers, and the growing user base for crypto in payments outside the Western world.
